Voice Pen Magic - The New Voice Pen
Imagine printing a communication board and having each symbol speak!
With just a simple touch with a V-pen, your symbols come to life with speech, sound and music. V-pen is your communication solution!
Who can use a V-Pen? People who use a word or spelling-based system to communicate.
Suitable for (but not limited to) a wide range of disabilities such as cerebral palsy, autism, Downs Syndrome, dyslexia, motor neurone disease, stroke or multiple sclerosis. Used by people of all levels of ability and literacy. Any age, from pre-school through school or college, to adults with acquired disabilities.
Voice Symbol Software provides a quick and easy way to create interactive communication boards and books that can be printed on a standard colour inkjet or laser printer.
Simply choose the grid size required for your communication board, select and place symbols into the cells, and print!
These symbols may contain a spoken word (male/female voice), an MP3 music file or any other sound of your choosing and spoken or played by touching the symbols themselves with a V-Pen.
If a number of symbols have been selected to create a sentence, the whole sentence can be spoken as a single unit by selecting the "speak" function. As the cells are not limited to vocabulary, but can store any sound file, each cell could contain a favourite piece of music, turning your plage of symbols into a jukebox! The possibilities are endless!
